Connells Survey & Valuation appoint eTech for surveying technology solution

Connells Survey & Valuation, one of the largest providers of panel management, risk management and outsourced surveying and valuation solutions in the country, today confirmed its partnership with eTech Solutions, a leading provider of mobile surveying and workflow management software for the property services industry.

Connells Survey & Valuation will be adopting eTech’s Mortgage Valuation mobile application for the completion of Mortgage Valuation Reports across the business.

Connells Survey & Valuation is widely regarded as the leading service deliverer in the sector and the move to eTech’s software will bring further efficiencies to their surveying team, providing a platform to deliver further planned enhancements to their end to end customer service.

Operating on an Apple iPad provides the optimum mobile solution, while the software interface is intuitive and easy to use with electronic data capture all in one place.

Intelligently mapped lender forms, and pre-determined question sets with in-built validation, will eradicate omissions and errors, significantly reducing Post Valuation Queries.

The ability to create floorplans on-site within the App and the integration with OS Master Maps will save considerable time on each valuation. Features such as shortcut tools to create complex room components and automatic floor area calculations are designed to minimise the effort involved.

All information will be stored electronically, supporting Connells Survey & Valuation’s next generation paperless service delivery.
